Rachael previously worked for Capital One UK as a Business Analyst. Over the five and a half years she was there she had a number of roles, from Product Valuations to Risk Operations, finally heading up the Digital Marketing Strategy Team. During this period, she also spent six months working as a part-time pro-bono data analyst for Impetus-PEF. Before that, she completed a Gap Year programme with Christian Aid, where she was a Youth Liaison Officer, responsible for educating young people about international development issues. She has an MA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Hertford College, University of Oxford.
