NHS NCEL provide advice and support to 12 GP Commissioning Groups across North and East London impacting 3.2 million London residents. It is one of the Commissioning Support Organisations created by the recent NHS Reforms. Our work ranges from strategic advice on how to manage the health economy to contractual management of high quality care at our providers.

The October 2012 Associates are helping to define and develop the quality monitoring offer, so that commissioners and providers can continuously improve the care patients receive and ensure that social impact is being optimised.

The January 2012 Associate is working with our own internal consultancy (The Delivery Improvement Unit) on a project to develop customer focused reporting for our GP Clinical Commissioning Groups.
