Matthew Lynch runs MKL Consultants, a social enterprise that works with organisations, teams and individuals to capitalise on their potential. Matthew’s objective is to support people as they attain optimum levels of performance through alignment with their inherent potential.
Bitten by the ‘social enterprise bug’ while working with LEYF (London Early Years Foundation), Matthew understands and enjoys the challenges faced by social businesses as they strive to balance social responsibility with business success.
