He specialises in supporting individuals to develop resourceful attitudes and behaviours so they can be fulfilled in all areas of their lives and maximise effectiveness in the workplace and communities in which they operate. He’s developed a coaching model called “Thrive” which helps individuals to build personal resilience and thrive no matter what is happening around them.
Mark is a qualified accountant and has experience working at director level in both Financial and Organisational Change roles in Europe, Africa and Asia. He has a deep understanding of the stresses of large organisations and the skills and behaviours needed to be ethically successful.
His approach to coaching is very practical; using a combination of best practice and advanced psychological models to support individuals to shift their attitudes and behaviours to achieve what is important to them and their organisations.
