Laurence is an executive coach and consultant with over twenty years’ experience across a wide range of commercial sectors and international contexts, in particular within Asia. He is a Practicum Coach Supervisor at INSEAD as part of the Coaching and Consulting for Change Executive Masters Programme and is a specialist in talent identification and development. Laurence draws on psychodynamic theory and analytical psychology to support leaders in transition, helping them meet the challenges of ‘step change’ roles with new perspective and ways of working.
He is currently Director at Heresy Consulting Limited, delivering coaching to a range of global organisations. His most recent corporate role was Director of Group Resourcing & Development for Prudential plc, where he was responsible for developing the leaders and leadership across the Group, working to strengthen both the Group Leadership Team and the long term talent pipeline, Prior to that he has worked as both an internal and external consultant, driving large scale change and development programmes in a variety of contexts.
He is studying for an MSc in the Psychodynamics of Human Development at London University. He holds a Law Degree (LLB) from Warwick University, an MBA from Lancaster University and a Certificate in Coaching for Leadership and Professional Development from the Tavistock Institute. He is also a Trustee of Regent’s University London and a member of the international Association of Jungian Studies.
