With 25 years of experience spanning senior EMEA positions with leading information technology companies including Oracle, EMC, Bull and Honeywell, and a number of innovative startups.
He has extensive experience of Customer Services, Technical Operations, Sales, Marketing and Professional Services. He has held leadership roles in a number of companies and has led various organisational change. For example:
- Right-sizing: rapid change in organisational structure, integration of functions and reduction of the workforce.
- Rapid expansion: intensive recruiting to build teams in the UK and across EMEA and the USA.
- Start up: developing the strategy and organisational design, deploying resources creating new teams
Chris now runs a boutique management consultancy providing specialist expertise, mentoring and executive coaching. He recently completed the acclaimed Meyler Campbell (www.meylercampbel.com) Business Coaching Program. He has many years’ experience managing and coaching individuals, teams and leaders.
His coaching style is patient, enthusiastic, and dynamic but above all he is a supportive coach. He is focused on business goals, high performance and achieving results.
